Testimonials
“My counselling journey with Khai has given me a sense of safety that I had never experienced before. She listens with genuine empathy and always approaches my emotions with warmth and understanding. At the same time, she offers thoughtful and professional guidance that helps me navigate the challenges I face.
After each session, I take time to write down what I’ve learned and try to apply it in my daily life, and I’ve found this process incredibly helpful. Through ongoing reflection and practice, I’ve gradually begun to rediscover myself and learn to accept the many different sides of who I am.
Each session feels like a chance to recharge. I often leave feeling more grounded, more hopeful, and better prepared to face the week ahead. If anyone is considering counselling, I would wholeheartedly recommend Khai. She is a professional, patient, and compassionate counsellor who truly creates a safe space for personal growth.
