Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact Ashore Wellness directly at hello@ashorewellness.com.au or text/call 0468 863 690.

 

CANCELLATION FEES:

Fee paying & NDIS customers

Cancelled within 24hrs or No Show = liable to 100% of fee, no refund will be provided.

Cancelled within 24 to 72hrs = liable to $25 administration fee, balance can be refunded or used towards new session.

Cancelled 72 hrs before appointment = No cancellation fees ($0) is occurred if rebooked and balance can be used towards new session. liable to $10 administration fee if requesting for a refund.

Note: No new sessions will not be booked in unless cancellation fees are paid.

 

TAC & Worksafe Victoria Clients

Cancellation fees listed above still applies. These fees are not covered by TAC or Worksafe Victoria, and must be paid by the clients prior to booking in new sessions.

 

Clients coming through other third-party organisations

Cancellation fees listed above still applies and will be invoiced to relevant organisations for payments.
